Thank you for your interest in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy at Keter Health. We are excited to guide you through this transformative journey toward mental wellness.

Here is a brief overview of our process and important information about who can benefit from this therapy:

Our Process

01

  • Initial Assessment with Dr. Isaac Nagel, MD

Your healing journey begins with a comprehensive assessment conducted by our experienced psychiatrist, Dr. Isaac Nagel, MD. During this session, Dr. Nagel will evaluate your mental health history, discuss your goals, and determine if Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy is right for you.

02

  • Assignment to a Certified Ketamine Facilitator (CKF)

Once you are deemed a suitable candidate, you will be paired with a Certified Ketamine Facilitator (CKF). Our CKFs are specially trained to support you throughout the entire therapeutic process, ensuring you feel safe, understood, and empowered.

03

  • Preparation Session with Your CKF

Before your first ketamine journey, you will have a preparation session with your CKF. This meeting is designed to build trust, set intentions, and prepare you mentally and emotionally for the experience. Your CKF will explain what to expect, answer any questions, and establish a comfortable and supportive environment.

04

  • Ketamine Journey Session

In a controlled and safe setting, you will undergo your ketamine journey session under the supervision of your CKF and the doctor. Ketamine acts as a catalyst, facilitating a unique state of consciousness that can help unlock deep emotional insights and promote healing. Your CKF will be there to guide and support you throughout the experience.

05

  • Integration Session

Integration is the most crucial part of the therapy. In the days following your journey session, you will have an integration session with your CKF or your primary therapist. This session helps you process and make sense of the insights gained during your ketamine experience. The goal is to translate these insights into meaningful, lasting changes in your life.

Ketamine is a powerful tool, acting as a catalyst that helps to “grease the wheels” for therapy, allowing you to achieve deeper self-awareness and emotional growth.

Who is Ketamine Recommended For?

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy is particularly beneficial for individuals struggling with:

PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder)

Treatment-resistant depression
