Alex Goldman
MA, LPC, CSAC-CKF

MA, LPC, CSAC- Certified Ketamine Facilitator (CKF), Addictions Specialist.  A Jerusalem resident, Alex is Co-founder of Keter Health, Israel’s first Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy Center, with expertise in psychedelic-assisted therapy and its potential applications.

Dr. Isaac Nagel, MD
KAP Trained Psychiatrist

Dr. Isaac Nagel is a KAP Trained Psychiatrist who provides thorough assessments for individuals struggling with a wide array of mental health issues. Dr. Nagel will work with you to prescribe medications that can help a person function at their best. He offers Tele-Mental Health sessions to individuals living in Israel so you can get help right from the comfort of your home through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video at Keter Health.

 

David Allick
LCSW, CKF

David Allick, LCSW is a Certified Ketamine Facilitator (CKF), trauma specialist, certified IFS clinician and consultant, EMDR therapist. He holds a master’s degree in clinical social work from St. Thomas University. With a background in the United States Air Force and experience in various settings such as CPS, hospice, and the County Jail, he has expertise in treating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, and personality disorders.

 He currently operates a private practice with offices in Ramat Eshkol, Jerusalem, and Ramat Beit Shemesh Aleph, providing client-centered therapy based on research-backed treatments.

Aliza Goldman
Certified Ketamine Facilitator (CKF)

Aliza Goldman obtained her BA in Comparative Religions from Goucher College. In 2006, she discovered principal-based mindfulness and underwent extensive training at the Twerski Wellness Institute. She furthered her education with practitioner training courses led by Kathy Casey and Jack Pransky. In 2023, Aliza completed Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy training under Dr. Phil Wolfson. She currently resides in Jerusalem with her husband and four children.

Pinni Baumol
Social Worker, CKF

Pinni is a psychedelic Harm reduction expert and researcher, a Psychedelic Social Worker, Certified Ketamine Facilitator (CKF) and ACT Psychotherapy, and founder of ACPT (Accessible Psychedelic Treatment in Israel), a non-profit organization dedicated to providing accessible psychedelic treatments in Israel.

Noy Saya
Certified Ketamine Facilitator (CKF)

Noy Saya is a KAP Therapist, Breath-work facilitator, Focusing (SE) and trilotherapy practitioner. Noy is passionate about holding space for others and guiding them in expanded states of consciousness, combining skills from her different trainings with deep respect and love to human processes, connection to spirit,  breath and body.

Shaun Lacob
Certified Ketamine Facilitator (CKF)

Shaun has a Masters in Counseling Psychology and a background in informal education. After spending a decade in psychedelic harm reduction, transitioning into psychedelic therapy felt like a natural move, especially since he was familiar with the background, substance, set, and setting beforehand. 

His 5-year experience running a center for backpackers in India, where he encountered many recently released IDF veterans working through their experiences, including the use of psychedelics, deeply impressed upon him the need to introduce this technology to Israeli mental health as quickly, safely, and legally as possible.

Mark Spiro
Certified Ketamine Facilitator (CKF)

Mark has been an Innate Health practitioner (aka: principle-based mindfulness) since 2007, and is a Certified Ketamine Facilitator (CKF). He was a Co-founder and an Executive Director of LivingJudaism in Seattle Washington, the first-ever Jewish-community-focused innate health based organization, where he worked with individuals, couples, groups and organizations for over 10 years before relocating to Jerusalem.

Yehuda Mittel
MHC, Certified Ketamine Facilitator (CKF)

Yehuda Mittel, MHC, is a KAP Certified humanistic and person-centered therapist renowned for his engaging and empathetic approach. Using research-based treatments, Yehuda helps individuals work through traumas, anxiety, addictions, and more. 

Other certifications include Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 3, Brainspotting Level 2, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Yehuda operates a private practice in Matityahu and Jerusalem as well as facilitates engaging and experiential psychoeducational groups in various settings.

Rivka Zahler - Stauber, LCSW, (CKF)

Rivka holds a degree in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University in New York. She is a Certified Ketamine Facilitator, a Certified Advanced IFS Therapist, and a Certified EMDR Trauma Therapist. Additionally, she is a Certified Imago Therapist and Workshop Leader.

Judah Katz, MFC, CHT, (CKF)

Judah Katz is a Certified Marriage and Family Counselor (MFC), certified Hypnotherapist (CHT) and KAP therapist. Judah guides clients on their journey through processing trauma, anxiety, and addiction, empowering them to slow down and confront life’s challenges. Judah draws from IFS, mindfulness, breathwork and somatic therapy to create an ideal holistic experience to feel and heal. Judah has a private practice in the center of Jerusalem where he sees individual clients in addition to facilitating retreats and workshops.

Yosef Zev PGCert Integrative Psychotherapy, CKF

Yosef Zev is a Chasidish psychotherapist and coach based in Jerusalem, offering therapy in English, Yiddish, and Hebrew. He specializes in trauma, relational healing, and identity work, and integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), AEDP, narrative therapy, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). 

Yosef Zev holds postgraduate certifications in integrative psychotherapy, family systems, and conflict resolution, and is completing his MSc in Psychotherapy Studies through Middlesex University. With his Chassidish background and over a decade of mentorship under Rabbi Shimon Russell, he brings warmth, cultural sensitivity, and emotional depth to his work with individuals, couples, and families.

Dr. Evelyn Rappoport, PsyD | CKF

Dr. Evelyn Rappoport, PsyD., PC, is a licensed psychologist in New York State, a relational psychoanalyst, somatic trauma specialist, and certified ketamine facilitator. She integrates holistic mind–body modalities within a psychodynamic framework to promote trauma healing and post-traumatic growth. Dr. Rappoport is also a P.A.C.T. couples therapist, trained in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and Bodynamics. She maintains private practices in both New York City and Jerusalem, working with individuals, couples, families, and groups.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Rappoport serves as a clinical consultant and supervisor at the New York University Postdoctoral Program. She has also been a clinical supervisor and visiting faculty member at Hadassah Hospital in Jerusalem. Beyond her private practice, she conducts supervision groups, workshops, classes, and training modules in Embodied Trauma Healing in both Jerusalem and New York City. She is a Distinguished Fellow, a past president of the Division of Psychoanalysis, and currently serves as the President of the NYSPA Trauma Division

Dr. Sima Menora, PsyD | CKF

Sima Menora Psy.D is a licenced psychologist, certified ketamine facilitator, and registered yoga teacher (RYT). Her work is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, EMDR, and relational work—creating space for deep transformation, self-compassion, and renewed connection first with yourself, and by extension, with the people in your life who really matter. Whether you’re navigating grief, trauma, stuck-ness, or a desire to reconnect with your sense of vitality, she’s honored to walk with you toward greater clarity and wholeness.

Hadassah Hazan, MSW, CKF

Hadassah Hazan is a clinical social worker and nutritional counsellor who specialises in relational trauma, eating disorders, difficulties with attachment, and identity transitions. She integrates evidence-based therapy with creative, embodied, and deeply relational work, offering a warm and engaged style. Hadassah has worked across residential treatment, community mental health, and private practice.

Yosef Kahn CKF

Yosef Kahn is a dedicated martial arts instructor and a certified Sports and Martial Arts Therapist, specializing in a holistic approach to physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Certified under the prestigious Israeli Institute for Sports, Yosef utilizes somatic techniques, specialized sports, and martial arts to foster profound healing and resilience.
A key focus of his work is trauma and recovery; Yosef is the creator and Head Coach of a pioneering Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) for PTSD Program, developed in close partnership with the Rehabilitation Department of the Ministry of Defense. Furthering his commitment to comprehensive healing, he is also certified as a KAP (Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy) Facilitator through “Keter” and “Psychedelic Support.” Yosef is a devoted husband and father of three, driven by the belief that holistic integration is key to human flourishing.

Leah Kaminer, MS MHC CKF

Leah is a mental health counselor and coach who works with individuals seeking deeper emotional healing, insight, and inner stability. Her approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in a strong understanding of attachment, emotional safety, and nervous-system regulation.

In her work with ketamine-assisted therapy, Leah focuses on helping clients feel safe, supported, and oriented before, during, and after their experiences. She places particular emphasis on preparation and integration—helping clients make meaning of their inner experiences and translate insight into lasting emotional and relational change.

Leah brings a calm, attuned presence and believes that healing occurs when people feel emotionally held, understood, and empowered to reconnect with their authentic selves

 

Ariel Pollak, Jungian Psychotherapist, CKF

Ariel Pollak is an Analytical Jungian psychotherapist and Certified Ketamine Facilitator based in Tel Aviv. He is a clinical social worker (MSW, Tel Aviv University) and has over five years of experience in public mental health, including psychotherapy at the Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic of Ichilov Hospital.

Alongside depth-oriented psychotherapy, Ariel works with ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) as a carefully held therapeutic process aimed at connecting patients with their core. His approach integrates Jungian psychology, dreamwork, and spiritually informed perspectives. He completed his doctoral dissertation at the University of Potsdam (Germany), where his research focused on Hasidic models of healing the soul and their implications for contemporary clinical practice.

Ruthie Ayzenberg CKF

Ruthie Ayzenberg is a licensed psychotherapist (LPCC & LMFT), registered yoga teacher (RYT-500), Perinatal Mental Health Specialist (PMH-C), and Deep Rest Healing meditation (Yoga Nidra) facilitator. She supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, with a special place in her heart for maternal mental health.
 
Ruthie’s approach is trauma-informed, nervous system-focused, and Jewish-rooted. She is honored to hold a safe, compassionate space where your inner healer can be accessed and places strong emphasis on preparation and deep integration support to ground your meaningful experiences into lasting change. Her work draws from Experiential Therapy, somatic approaches, IFS-parts work, Brainspotting, embodied movement, and other integrative tools. Ruthie is trained in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy and KAP through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute (IPI) in Colorado and Keter Health. She also works in Russian. Ruthie has a private practice and occasionally hosts nature-based group healing experiences.
